We are looking for a results driven sales associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards. Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.

• Sales and merchandising.
• Assisting patients with a selection of eyewear.
• Knowledge of different vision plans preferred.
• Comfortable with EMR/PM systems.
• Keep accurate records and sales data.
• Maintaining a clean work environment.
• Must be willing to travel to multiple locations.
• Flexible hours, and must be available for an occasional Saturdays and Sundays
• Attention to detail and able to consult Optician and Doctors as needed.
• Willing to learn how to use Optical tools and do basic repairs.
• Experience is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.51 - $22.29 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
